What skills and qualifications do I need?

  • 10+ years of experience in a key Advertiser Sales/Account Management or General Management position with a minimum of 7 years of managing a sales or Account Management team.
  • Ideally you will have managed and scaled an inside sales or account management (SMB or Mid Market) team for at least 7 years
  • Significant experience mentoring people and paving the way for excellence in process and performance
  • Experience independently hiring and building successful commercial teams
  • Expert in Salesforce (SFDC) and comfortable using and recording your teams progress in SFDC
  • Technologically savvy – ability to learn and explain what is needed to support successful deal implementation and optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment and consistently learn, adapt and develop.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation (verbal and written) will be a requirement for this role

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives and revenue targets.
  • Own advertiser annual quota and execute sales activities respectively
  • Alongside the Growth Sales Director and Growth Account Director in your region, you will hire, train, develop and performance manage a team of outstanding SDRs, Sales Managers, and Account Managers who will excel in outreach to:
  • Establish key performance metrics and goals for the inside sales team, regularly monitoring progress and providing feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure your teams understand a clients’ organization, their objectives/goals and offer the right Taboola product to the right prospect
  • Have an excellent understanding of digital technology, video, and ad tech ecosystems to be able to explain product benefits within this context.
  • Work closely and communicate frequently with Country Managers and Regional Directors and RVPs on the Enterprise side of the business to align on your go to market approach
  • Critically build a close alignment with both Advertiser Operations and FP&A to fully understand the business
  • Interact with our project implementation team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful implementation of our products and technology.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners to drive revenue opportunities and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
