What you’ll do

In your role as an Associate Developer, you will

• Contribute to the SAP Intelligent Enterprise Suite (IES) adoption by simplifying the business configuration for SAP customers in a very challenging and strategic project.
• Work with other developers in your team to define and execute the best possible implementation for any given task at hand. Good, scalable performance and low maintenance cost are key attributes.
• Apply clean code principles: execute peer code reviews, unit testing, security checks, performance optimization, automation, and other related tasks.
• Ensure high code quality by using the best testing practices (e.g. Test Driven Development).

• Writes clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices in Functional Programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) etc
• Is a qualified Application Developer with solid knowledge of Golang and a willingness to quickly learn other programming languages
• Ensure high code quality by using the best testing practices (e.g. Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven development)
• Has hands-on experience with Argo Workflows or similar workflow orchestration tools.
• Possesses a strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments.
• Brings experience in SAP Fiori development (an advantage but not mandatory).
• Understands relational databases and can work toward achieving optimal database performance.
• Is familiar with CI/CD tools and practices such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
• Has basic knowledge of SQLite and MongoDB (an added advantage).
• Demonstrates a “can-do” attitude and has a strong focus on quality and a DevOps-oriented mindset.
• Holds a B.Tech., M.Tech or MCA degree from a premier institute.

• A part of the Cross Product Engineering and Experience (CPEX) unit within the Product Engineering board area, CBC provides Configuration applications for the Intelligent Enterprise Solutions. We currently have 2000+ customers and are growing.
• S/4HANA public cloud customers are already onboard. We are now enabling other SAP products in the Intelligent Enterprise Suite, such as SAP Business Technology Platform applications, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur etc.
