Job Description

The Advanced Manufacturing Technician is responsible for participating in complex, multiphase laboratory projects, handling resources, following timelines, and budgets for successful completion, working under limited supervision.

Your role:

  • Assemble and test prototypes based on engineering specifications, drawings, or instructions.
  • Provide detailed feedback to process development engineers to improve designs, processes, and documentation.
  • Collaborate in the development and refinement of work instructions, test methods, and manufacturing processes.
  • Support process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), including setup, execution, and documentation.
  • Train pilot and production operators on new processes, tools, and equipment to ensure a smooth transition into manufacturing.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in a Research and Development (R&D) environment, Engineering Laboratory or equivalent.

  • Your skills include research and analysis, technical acumen, troubleshooting, project management, product installation, equipment set-up, digital literacy, quality management systems, administrative support, technical writing, data analysis and interpretation, training delivery, process improvements, root cause analysis.

  • You have a high school diploma or vocational education.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

  • You’re a self-starter and has success working with minimal supervision, a good communicator both written and verbally.

The pay range for this position in MN is $28.17 to $45.07
