Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production running and improving operation flow for display development, your responsibilities will include:- Oversee the production running and optimize the operations to boost the capacity and operational efficiency- Ensure timely delivery of products and allocate resources in line with project goals
Minimum Qualifications
- MS or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field plus a minimum 2 years of work experience
- Experienced in TFT or Semiconductor fab
- Proven ability to improve capacity or operational efficiency
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with manufacturing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Good at statistical analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
