• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive productivity improvements
• Provide training and development opportunities

KeyExperience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
• Substantial experience in manufacturing supervisory role
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in fire industry is highly desirable
