# Infra Ops Program Manager**Transform Operational Excellence and Drive Strategic Efficiency Across Multiple Functions**As our Infra Ops Program Manager, you'll be the central hub of operational coordination, bridging multiple teams and driving strategic initiatives. Your day will involve crafting comprehensive financial strategies, managing critical operational metrics, and ensuring our infrastructure programs run with precision and efficiency.Key Job ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management :Create cost-saving initiatives, track financial efficiency mechanisms, and lead comprehensive financial planning across multiple operational domainsProcess Optimization :Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and tracking mechanisms for infrastructure site status and operational performance
Metrics and Compliance: Coordinate and present key performance indicators, compile executive-level reports, and maintain rigorous documentation standards
Audit and Site Readiness :Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and coordinate seamless infrastructure site deployments
Create detailed documentation and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
