- Lead complex, end to end initiatives, from ideation through planning, execution, and adoption. Ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable impact.
- Monitor project & program milestones, manage risks and scope changes, and remove roadblocks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying and addressing gaps across systems, processes, and data infrastructure.
- Act as both a strategic orchestrator and a hands-on executor, managing high-priority projects while maintaining a strong connection to the broader business vision.
- Partner with CX leadership and other stakeholders across teams to drive alignment, ensure visibility, and support progress on our most critical initiatives.
- Facilitate strategic discussions, align stakeholders, and drive decisions through clear, consistent communication.
Your Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in program management or operational roles within tech, SaaS, or fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and deliver complex programs from the ground up, not just coordinate them.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to deep-dive into technical domains (e.g. product, data, infrastructure), engage confidently in technical discussions, and translate insights into business-driven actions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
- Deep familiarity with program management best practices and strong methodological thinking.
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
- Confident English communicator and skilled facilitator—able to lead executive-level discussions, manage conflict, and influence without authority.
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field – a strong advantage.
