As an Onboarding Specialist within Human Resources, you will be at the forefront of delivering a best-in-class, simplified, and digitized new hire experience. Your role will involve adhering to established processes and guidelines to support all potential new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience with every interaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with employees at various levels to address a range of topics and issues, ensuring attention to detail and empathy
- Communicate with customers through an inbound call center to resolve complex inquiries.
- Respond to customer inquiries via an online portal
- Process HR-related transactions and activities in line with company policies and guidelines
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, meeting service level, quality, and productivity metrics
- Resolve new hire inquiries accurately and effectively
- Follow all established processes, policies, company guidelines, and regulations
