What you'll do...
As a Sr. Systems Engineer in Endpoint Security’s Enterprise Detection and Response team you will be focused on the Large Scale systems engineering, troubleshooting, deployments, automating Testing and Validation, and development of system/app health telemetry detectors that feed analytics backend. Associate will also have opportunities to lead innovation related to future capabilities and solutions.
What you'll do:
- Maintaining and advancing our large scale Tanium and Microsoft Defender 4 Endpoint platforms and agents
- Systems engineering, agent, and platform troubleshooting
- Enhance methods for Automating Testing and Validation processes.
- Creating and visualizing Environmental health detection that feed analytics backend.
- Leading product evaluations, providing updates, and producing documented deliverables throughout the project as defined by the stated project plan and deliverable dates.
- Identify and document gaps with our technology direction based on the needs of our InfoSec customers and Infrastructure support teams. Provide written recommendations.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with both existing Endpoint Security customer teams. Identify and establish new relationships with critical technical and business areas our products effect.
What you'll bring:
- Working experience with Tanium and/or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Strong Server and Workstation Operating systems (Current & Legacy) Operating system experience can include Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Scripting / Development languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Command-line tools
- Troubleshooting, Automation, and Software Deployment
- Analytics and Data Trending
- Basic Systems Hardware and communication related to Server, Workstation, Storage, and Networking
- Resource Capacity Requirements Identification

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 3years’ experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
