What you'll do...

The Analyst III is a critical role within our organization, responsible for incident management, developing and maintaining operational reporting, handling critical issues, and overseeing monitoring and alerting solutions within the CCC. This role requires a professional with strong analytical skills, proficiency in ServiceNow, excellent problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should be able to handle high-pressure situations and deliver results.

The ability to generate, analyze, and interpret operational reports is crucial. This includes understanding the data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.

The role requires managing major incidents effectively. This includes identifying, responding to, and resolving incidents, as well as implementing measures to prevent future occurrences.

The Analyst III should be adept at setting up and managing monitoring and alerting systems. This includes identifying potential issues before they become major incidents.

A strong understanding of technology operations is essential. This includes knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills. This includes the ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and find effective solutions.
