What you’ll be doing:
Build and maintain analytical tools to track and measure sales performance and inventory health
Extract and present insights to Sales Account Managers and leadership team to identify risks and growth opportunities, taking variables such as product transitions, competition, seasonality, etc., into consideration
Assist internal stakeholders (Finance, Channel Sales and Marketing, and Product Group, etc.) with reporting and analytics requests, such as analyzing sales impact of key programs and campaigns and providing requested datasets
Align with other regions and internal partners to standardize processes and methodologies
Continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and value of information produced
Identify any reporting gaps and achieve closure on the same
What we need to see:
5+ years of relevant reporting and analytical experience
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of database and reporting tool management
Familiarity with Tableau
Ability to work independently as well as with teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Excellent PowerPoint skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Access, Excel Power Query, SQL, SAP HANA, and/or Alteryx
Passion for working with data and digging into details to uncover insights
Keen sense of visual design relating to dashboard creation
