Providing support with preparation and negotiation of sanctions compliance legal terms for all Honeywell businesses.
Providing contract evaluation under the mentorship of Sanctions Compliance professionals – review of contract terms and conditions, background research, risk gap analysis.
Providing research of dynamic trade related laws in any of Honeywell key jurisdictions and preparation of summary of such research results.
Assistance in identifying and consolidating important data from contracts and supporting audit exercises when necessary.
Key skills and qualifications:
Law student (preferably 4th/5th year).
Able to work 20 hours per week.
You have very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written), with advanced knowledge of legal English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Fully IT literate and skilled in MS Office applications.
Desire to learn and grown in areas related to trade, geopolitics, and national security.
Able to be based in Prague.
