As a Finance Manager, you will:

  • Partner with finance leaders and their teams, as well as other internal stakeholders

  • Business presentations: Lead development of presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences, clearly articulate outcomes of analysis to leadership teams

  • Proactively identify and lead new analysis that drives additional insights into business performance and opportunities

  • React to Ad-hoc requests and lead or partner on special projects

  • Provide management and business clients with project statuses.

  • Financial analysis and reporting: accurately analyze/explain key cost drivers and monthly variances, suggest actions to the business and manage the regular reporting process

  • Manage governance and reporting routines within Card and integrating-company financial reporting

  • Independently manage, prioritize, and delegate tasks

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, critical thinking, and influencing skills in order to effectively:

  • Articulate outcomes of analysis and relevant insights

  • Partner with business leadership to assess the financial implications of ongoing efforts to grow the organization

  • Develop presentations to communicate recent performance and trends to senior leadership audiences

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination

  • At least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license

  • 5+ years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function

  • 2+ years of people management experience managing both direct and indirect reports

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
