You will report directly to our manager of autonomy, computer vision and AI research group and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting research, development and demonstration of AI, computer vision and autonomy technologies
- You will be responsible for developing new concepts and technologies, and showing that they work
- Help drive growth as a technology expert through interfaces with internal and external customers and partners
- Lead and drive technology development programs
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities that require quick adaptation
YOU MUST HAVE
- Master’s Degree or PhD from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as robotics, aerospace engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years relevant experience in applying AI and computer vision technologies to aerospace applications

- Experience with different sensors for autonomous systems such as: Cameras (elecro-optical, infrared), IMU, GPS, LIDAR
