Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
Experience in a people management role leading sales teams.
Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or e-commerce, with an understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including executive level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, competitive offerings, including track record in commercial teams.
Ability to self-initiate and thrive in a rapidly changing environment, and excellent problem-solving skills.
