- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working in technology and the Public Sector within Sales, Contracts and Deals, Legal, or similar functions.
- Experience negotiating agreements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Public Sector legal negotiations, Public Sector Deal Desk, or process improvement and design.
- Experience in redlining.
- Industry experience working with US Public Sector or IT infrastructure, cloud and digital transformations.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills with knowledge of the key business issues in government contracts.
- Ability to read and understand contractual terms.
