Job title: Entry Level Aerospace Technician
Role type: On site, 37.5 hours per week, full time permanent
Job Summary
As an Entry Level Aerospace Technician, your will being your journey repairing and diagnosing Avionics Units. From here, you will master all areas of the Avionics repair process, such as Flight Management Systems and Servos on jets, Boeing and Dasal aircraft, to name but a few.
Key Responsibilities:
As this is an entry level position it is expected that you would gain experience in order to evaluate, test, troubleshoot and repair products coming into the site within the required time specified as well as d eveloping the skills required to communicate competently in group situations.
Through training, demonstrate the ability to apply a range of technical concepts, principles, and techniques.
Gain understanding of basic technical, quality and workshop processes sufficient to solve basic problems by working with others to select the appropriate solution from several existing alternatives & precedents.
Identify issues and areas for improvement with existing technical and workshop processes that are typically internal to the organisation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Solid experience of working towards targets and deliverables in the workplace
Reside within a commutable distance of our Basingstoke office, or happy to relocate independently
