Responsibilities:

• Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions
• Analyze business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps
• Generate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issues
• Provide advice and counsel related to technology or operations of the business, ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards
• Filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and perform other duties and functions as assigned
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
• Proven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• CTI China FinCon (BAU & Project development)
• TI China budget and regular review
• TI China BAU/Project Billing & allocation, payment processing
• TI China Expense control/tracking & financial analysis
• TI China Financial & management reporting (MIS) incorporating departmental KPI
• TI China FinCon internal control & compliance
• TI FinCon PCM documentation. Process improvement.

• Budgetary preparation & criticalestimates
• Advice on CTI resource planning
  

• All Citigroup Units in China (LVs), resource parties
• CTI regional FinCon and China business FinCon (CSTS, Citibank FinCon in particular)
• All CTI China functional platforms

• Assuring allFinContasks being properly proceeded, logged and compliant toCitigroup respectivepolicies
• Budget, billing, cost control, processing and allocation
• China FinCon budget and regular Financial review
• Allocation & billing, payment processing
• Expense control/tracking & financial analysis
• SLA with all business unit/LVs
• Financial & management reporting (MIS) incorporating departmental KPI
• FinCon internal control & compliance. FinCon review and auditing.
• Assets management
• Co with CTI/biz, in line to FinCon assets booking, establish and maintain CTI related assets management system, support for audit, report and consolidation check purpose.
• CTI assets inventory (both hardware and software) booking and counting. Inventory check and report.

• Consolidating reports forCTI ChinaHead by coordinating various sources locally or regionally.
• CTI expense tracking, resource planningand other financial relatedanalysisreport.
• Assist QA/Security Officer on compliance report.
