Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interface with Salesforce, Sales Operations, Field Support, Capital Service, Capital Strategy, Pricing & Contracts, and other departments as necessary to determine system and technical needs.
  • Evaluate longer term system needs for Sales departments, and work toward integrating systems into more user friendly and enabling uses.
  • Work with different department heads in Sales to determine and implement metrics to measure and monitor process performance and effectiveness.
  • Integrate new products and services into existing or new systems.
  • Identify new technologies and future trends to be used in guiding business and meeting longer term strategic imperatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience required.
  • 5 - 7 years of Sales Operations or Contract Administration experience.
  • Highly motivated, experienced individual with strong technical, analytical, contract administration and leadership competencies to work effectively in a sales organization.
  • Detail oriented, possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have advanced skills leveraging IT solutions.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications required. Experience with contract management systems helpful.
