- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Sciences or Technology Product Design or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience as a product manager or management consultant in a technical area.
- Experience in quantum computing or adjacent industries.
- Experience in developing strategy for, and landing, successful deep technology products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships, interact with executives, and work with technical and non-technical counterparts.
- Excellent people management and organizational skills.
