About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with the Global CRM lead, the GM of Beverage+Alcohol (BevAlc) Advertising, the Global Marketing Team, as well as internal Ads stakeholders (CPG, Grocery & Retail) to ensure that objectives, goals, and executions are aligned to deliver efficient growth for advertising partners. This role will focus specifically on implementing programs and playbooks intended to drive adoption of CRM products with key CPG and BevAlc advertisers, as well as strategies to accelerate advertiser growth and ad investment. The role calls for a highly organized individual, who knows how to derive insight from data, is skilled at working with cross-functional teams in a highly ambiguous environment, and a ninja in designing simple & elegant solutions to complex challenges.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the strategy and planning for integrated Beverage+Alcohol (BevAlc) campaigns, including defining and refining processes around BevAlc CRM inventory in US/C, developing a strategy to meet brand/business goals, identifying tentpole moments, and crafting the campaigns calendar.
  • Lead / oversee the development of each campaign, pushing for best-in-class executions. Clear roadblocks and solve problems, ensuring the pace of work is maintained and campaigns launch on time.
  • Work with Analytics / Data Science teams to craft robust and strategic analyses that inform both what we prioritize and how we execute. Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to monitor and improve CRM KPIs.
  • Partner with a high-performing cross-functional team that includes counterparts in Sales, Product Management, Design, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations to meet shared objectives and key results
  • Lead the rollout of a coordinated Global BevAlc CRM strategy

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in email marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, advertising or operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Expert understanding of digital advertising and email marketing
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
  • Proven success ideating and launching campaigns from end-to-end
  • Experience working in a digtial environment supporting BevAlc, CPG or similar customers

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$137,000 per year - USD$152,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$169,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$169,000 per year.
