Contribute to the fast growth of Asia Pacific business with excellent process management, analytical and strong implementation skills, customer-orientated and collaborative approaches.
- Be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic marketing team
- Lead efforts to expand market access and drive acquisition initiatives
- Oversee recruitment project performance, implementing a structured plan and working cross functionally to implement
- Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain KPIs and strengthen recruitment initiatives
- Ensure up-to-date reporting, making key information accessible to stakeholders
- Understand backend systems that support recruitment from lead to conversion, providing input for ongoing optimization SFDC, SFMC and EMT
- Develop and deliver GP relevant recruitment assets, partnering with external agencies and internal teams to enhance engagement with doctors
- Gather insights from the markets to drive continuous improvements and strengthen execution for recruitment and GP programs
- Represent GP team in key programs
- Identify unmet needs and future business gaps, recommending improvements to support APAC growth objectives
Qualifications
- Established senior manager who has demonstrated excellent leadership, strategic and cross-functional management
- Exceptional project management skills, action orientated and accountable
- Excellent analytical skills for business analysis; understands cost/benefit relationships to achieve the best outcome for the company
- Excellent persuasive communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and with customers; must be able to clearly present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
- A minimum of 10 years of related work experience is required. Having a minimum of ~5 years in the healthcare sector.
- Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple groups and organizational levels (internal and external) required.
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Masters degree is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required. Mandarin and Japanese language proficiency will be a plus
