The Red Hat Ecosystem Sales team is looking for a SAP Partner Account Manager to join us in North America. In this role, you will oversee sales activities across our solutions portfolio for the North America region with focus on SAP landscapes. You’ll manage and develop strategic relationships with our SAP partners to guide sustainable long-term growth and accelerate the adoption of our innovative solutions. As a SAP Partner Account Manager, you will also develop, implement, and manage joint business plans that identify key growth areas in the partner organization to help increase revenue and capitalize on Red Hat technologies related to SAP landscapes.

What you will do

  • Own partner success with Red Hat and develop strategic accounts plans with your SAP-defined partners

  • Work with the NA SAP-defined partners to promote sales, educate on Red Hat offerings, and focus on joint solutions and opportunities and on creating and guiding those partner sales initiatives

  • Ensure the SAP partners have sales and technical capability to successfully sell and promote Red Hat offerings

  • Work with SAP partners to demonstrate how Red Hat solutions and technologies can be integrated into their offerings to deliver a higher return on investment (ROI) and ensure that Red Hat remains top of partners mind

  • Promote executive engagement on an ongoing basis to ensure there are key strategies for increasing Red Hat's presence in partner customer accounts

  • Collaborate with other verticals to help promote their business objectives through the partner ecosystem

  • Establish and track joint business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Take responsibility for recruitment and enablement of business partners and solutions providers to accelerate the growth of Red Hat technologies related to SAP deployments.

  • Facilitate partner escalations within Red Hat

  • Plan quarterly partner investments and market development funds (MDF)

What you will bring

  • Strong knowledge of the SAP market

  • Channel sales management experience

  • Ability to grow channel ecosystem in multi-product company

  • Experience ensuring results through business partners and ability to inspire partner executive trust in Red Hat

  • Ability to work well in heavily matrixed environments

  • Entrepreneurial outlook and approach

  • Ability to travel 10-15% as required

The salary range for this position is $182,240.00 - $300,720.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
