- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Employee/Workplace Relations, Compliance, Risk management, Employment legal or Human Resource (HR) program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in establishing best practices and knowledge management for investigation protocols and Human Resource (HR) compliance issues with employee relations, employment law or ethics and compliance.
- Experience in establishing domain, exercising initiative and judgment across multiple workstreams and processes to collaborate organization to reach goals.
- Experience in project or program management and collaborate with leadership and stakeholder management .
- Ability to communicate and convey opinions and recommendations.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders, third-party/suppliers and international teams.
