As part of the Customer Communications and Validation Product Team, within Enterprise Fraud’s Plan team, your responsibility will be to function as the senior business systems analyst supporting business requirements gathering, data mapping and customer support for the services you help manage. You will work closely with strategy teams to determine best path to capture requirements, provide business analyst support for large and small projects, support systems testing, provide customer support for systems you work with and function as systems subject matter expert. In addition, you will work with the lines of business, external vendors and be expected to present to management on a regular basis.The individual must be:
• A self-starter, experienced working with fraud prevention tools (Actimize, Early Warning, Fiserv, Experian etc.) across multiple retail and commercial products
• Flexible and an out-of-the-box thinker, driven to understand and solve problems.
• Work well with a team on small projects and assignments
• Able to provide leadership to junior business analysts and service stakeholders when needed.
• Skilled in data analytics and reporting
• Strong communication skills; both written and oral
• Open to learning new tools and techniques, data retrieval and visualization methods to achieve team goals.
• Able to act as a systems subject matter expert for the products you support.
Job Description- Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
- Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
- Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
- Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
