JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g. have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
Successful candidates will be required to possess or obtain US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance, as this is an essential requirement for this role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with any of the following: conducting criminal investigations, advising companies on compliance with cybersecurity laws and regulations, the legal mechanisms governing voluntary disclosure and the compelled disclosure of user data by service providers, or advising companies on referrals of criminal matters to law enforcement.
Experience with public speaking, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround, and to build effective relationships across relevant stakeholders.
Ability to work on a broad range of legal matters.
