- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in sales, and sales leadership experience in advertising, online media, digital media, or technology/internet industries.
- Experience managing distributed teams including being a manager of managers across multiple locations in developed and emerging markets.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives.
- Experience in managing/working in Americas (i.e., U.S., Canada, Latin America) or other combination of market maturity mix.
- Ability to grow and lead a Sales team.
- Operational discipline to ensure appropriate focus on the aspects of the business most critical to driving sustained growth.
