Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analytics and support cross-product and cross-function internal teams, including Retail Bank and Mortgage Lead Finance Officers, Investor Relations, COO, Risk Management, Operations & Technology, Marketing, and others
  • Develop timely and insightful financial analyses to support management reviews including monthly reporting, quarterly forecast, and strategic plan
  • Support Quarterly Earnings, Town hall and other internal, rating agency, regulatory and investor meeting material preparation
  • Participate in projects such process automation, report standardization, teach-in materials, resolution plan, regulatory impact analysis, and others
  • Collaborate with centralized FP&A team to develop financial projections and present to management
  • Assist in capital optimization and financial strategy to drive asset and earnings growth as well as meet regulatory guidelines
  • Prepare presentations and analysis for the team supporting the LFO

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience within financial services
• Experience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgets
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in additional systems including Oracle, Essbase, and SAP
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
