- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience with people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s or MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience developing and delivering C-level communications and strategy operations.
- Knowledge of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
- Ability to clearly and concisely explain concepts and requirements to various audiences, ranging from technical teams to executives.
- Excellent critical thinking, business judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
