• Provides 24/7 technical operations support for cloud-based solutions to clients on supported application, DevOps, middleware, security and infrastructure.
• As a single integrated E2E operation support that includes Level 1.5 remediation across the fleet.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 3-5 years of cloud technology implementation of AWS/Azure
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building and releasing infrastructure-as-code (IaC) in controlled environment
• Must have knowledge of containerization technologies for such deployment in either AWS/Azure Experience in setup, configuration, and deployment of AWS Cloud native services such as AWS Lambda
• Experience in setup and configuration of application and database health and performance using cloud native services such as Amazon CloudWatch and AWS X-Ray
• Experience in Windows/Linux administration
