Job Description

As a Cloud Support Engineer Associate, you will help solve complex technical issues for our customers. Through proactively reviewing and mitigating risks you'll minimize potential disruptions for some of the top internet companies.

As a Cloud Support Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Working independently with the customers to solve technical problems
  • Acting as a technical account manager to our strategic customers, to proactively analyze and solve technical issues
  • Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution.
  • Providing support for North American customers

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience and degree in Computer Science or related field/it's equivalent.
  • Have solid understanding of internet and IP networks, DNS and routing, HTTP, TCP or UDP
  • Have experience providing technical solutions and support to enterprise Business-to-Business [B2B] customers
  • Be proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Show tenacity to continuously learn and grow skillsets
