Financial Services, Advisory Senior – Dev Ops Manager, Testing Innovation and Automation

Your Key Responsibilities
Everything you’ll do will come back to providing exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solving complex problems that make a difference for our clients. - Responsible for automating infrastructure orchestration processes in support of lower level test environments and production technology infrastructure used by various standalone and cloud implementations
- Work closely with QA testers and product developers to ensure new features have the proper operational support and maintainability. Provide technical guidance to development teams
- Responsible for the architecture, deployment, and support of CI/CD pipelines
- Work with Build/Run and app dev teams to review current practices and make recommendations on adopting Continuous Delivery best practices and assist in enhancing existing build, deploy, configuration management, and release engineering related activities
- Driving client DevOps capability assessments and providing industry subject matter expertise defining DevOps capability transformation strategy and roadmaps
- Deliver cloud native and in-house infrastructure solutions for a wide range of applications
- Migrating applications from manual codes pushes to automated / continuous deployments
- Migrating applications and servers between local and cloud platform deployments as needed
- Manage, configure and implement automation tools such as: Jenkins, RunDeck, Docker, Chef, Puppet, SCCM and JAMF
- Develop in house solutions for the purpose of automating, monitoring and maintaining deployed infrastructure and services such as archival, data migration, server config, etc.
- Will lead application and configuration deployments and management
- Design and development front end applications as needed for automation and tools
- Work closely with other teams across the SDLC to manage and develop tools for managing and automating hardware and software resources
- Generate reports and statistics for various systems using various analytical tools
- Automate and support physical and virtual environments for web and application servers for both production and development

To qualify, you must have
- Approximate of 6 years’ experience with code repository management, code merge and quality checks, continuous integration, and automated deployment & management using tools like Jenkins, Git, Puppet, Chef, Maven, Ant, Ivy, UrbanCode, Docker, or comparable tool
- Minimum of 6 years’ design and implementation of Continuous Delivery and/or DevOps solutions or architecture patterns
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working in an Agile delivery environment
- We would expect for you to be available to travel outside of your assigned office location at least 80% of the time, plus commute within the region. Successful candidates must work in excess of standard hours when necessary. A valid passport is required
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Technical competency experience with Overall SDLC methodologies, Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Test Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Data Management, IT Life cycle Management or IT Delivery Management
- Experience with Kubernetes
- 6 plus years of Java Development experience
- The use of Public/Private cloud and Virtualization Technologies
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Hands-on Public experience (designing and deploying applications) – One or more of AWS, Rackspace, SoftLayer, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with infrastructure management in both GCP and Azure environments.
- Service support – the use of DevOps, Continuous Delivery and ITIL concepts to lead an effective support operation
- Experience with Hadoop, Data analytics, Big data and setting up Data Lakes
- Approximately 2 years of consumer products experiencealsoincluding prior consulting experience
- Relevant industry certification such as, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, ISTQB, PMP or other specialized IT certifications

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $141,200 to $258,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $169,500 to $294,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
