Main tasks
- As project leader to coordinate and execute project work for the development of the Veterinary Biologicals portfolio that is related to China in timely manner with high quality.
- Ensures that work is carried out with scientific integrity and according to the existing internal guidelines for EHS and compliance.
- Proactively communicate with cross-function to align the project milestones, contribute to project strategy to fit local regulatory affairs on regulatory matters
- Performs project related literature searches. As required publishes and present technical papers to internal and external audiences, (co-) author of scientific publications.
- Manages the tasks with issues, obstacles or barriers and proactively seek solutions
- Project reports for progress and/or deviations to management team on a regular base
- Escalates issues in resources or other limitations to management in a timely fashion.
- Technical coach to other colleagues in the team
- Execute external research cooperation’s and cultivate relationships with external stakeholders.
- May organize and plan animal experiments and is responsible for staying informed and acting as specific role in animal trial according to the local laws on animal experimentation.
- Involved in review of production process, scale-up, validation, control test, lab study and field study reports.
- Implements and maintains relevant report systems and uses a software program that host all project plans and their countable/measurable information.
- Developing specific project plan that works to achieve progression criteria.
- Be open for general tasks within the organization related to GLP, EHS IT and/or laboratory coordination.
Competencies
- Working experience: 3 years+ experiences in AH vaccine industry or institute. experiences in MNCs are highly desirable.
- Education background: MS above, biologicals or veterinary related major.
- Key skills: competency for biologics/vaccine research and development, proficient in protein expression platform (esp, stable cell line, Baculo.) and/or subunit vaccine design,good skill for office software and English.
