What You'll Do
- Communicate and encourage product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Apply business insights, prioritize lines-of-effort, and make sound decisions aligned to strategic vision and business objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with teams and business units across Cisco to facilitate successful product development and delivery.
- Work closely with the Workspace for Government Portfolio Owner, ensuring alignment and providing regular updates.
- Collaborate with partners to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrate flexibility and positivity while managing conflicting priorities and gaining consensus across multiple groups.
- Champion continuous improvement based on the team’s preferences, be open to innovative ideas and willing to experiment.
- Establish relationships and cultivate collaboration and coordination with engineers, customers, and business teams to guide the team towards business objectives.
- Act as a link between technical and non-technical collaborators.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with JIRA/Atlassian applications
- 3+ years of experience with GITHub Projects
- Prior experience with SDLC and Agile project management methodologies.
Preferred qualifications
- Proven track record of promoting collaboration and facilitation, building strong relationships, and influencing without authority.
- Understanding of Software Development QA practices.
