We're looking for a collaborative
Brentwood Long Island, NY, you'll be responsible for analyzing and developing reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, and project controls. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques. Your ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is a must to be successfully at this role.
Here's what you'll need
- 6+ years of related construction project management experience with construction building projects
- 4+ years as a Superintendent or Project Engineer on projects valued above $5 million
- Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
- Thorough knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document control, forecast scheduling and costs, preparation of change order review, and review of payments
- Experience with laboratory & technical facilities and/or research & development facilities
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture
- Experience with Laboratory HVAC Systems, Electrical/Fire Alarm, Plumbing /Fire protection, and Security Technology & Data Telecom
- OSHA 30 Certification
