In addition you main responsibilities are as follows;
- Preparation of warm beverages for staff, visitors and committees. Washing of utensils, etc.
- Removing and washing off debris from tools (Mops, buckets) and/ other equipment (vacuum cleaners); using cleaning systems (handheld hoses).
- Remove all trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean up all spills in the store, and use power washer to clean sidewalks. Dust and wash surfaces.
- Wash mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors, and equipment in all break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms. Resupply items as needed.
- To report any defect of equipment, furniture or fitting in the pantries or other office area to Facility Lead.
- To ensure tidiness and cleanliness of meeting rooms, pantries and pantry appliances at all times.
- Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.
- Perform and track routine inspections while keeping track of Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Empty garbage and keep garbage areas clean and covered
- Communicate effectively and courteously with other co- workers
- Other duties will be assigned as and when needed
