Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to review content, manage escalations, and communicate with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in policy, legal operations, regulatory environment, or content moderation in similar industries (e.g., technology, intellectual property).
- Experience with the development, implementation, and maintenance of policy.
- Understanding of socio-political landscape and current events in the BeNeLux region and Europe.
- Ability to communicate in French or Dutch fluently in order to review content, manage escalations, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
