Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth
- OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND sales and negotiation experience or related work.
- Demonstrated people management experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Extensive software industry sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth
- Strategic thinking & execution;Excellent Communicator.
- Work cohesively with members of the Microsoft sales & services teams, Microsoft partners, and Microsoft corporate sales, engineering, and marketing
- Growth Mindset
- Complex sales training (e.g., Miller Hyman, Spin, Michael Bosworth, Challenger, Holden, Krauthammer, etc.), extensive presentation skills, effective marketing tactics, negotiation, financial analysis
