We're looking for a Senior Information Systems Engineer to lead the design, integration, and automation of our enterprise IT systems.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building smart, secure, and scalable business solutions across platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, and Marketo.You’ll own end-to-end execution of system automations, process improvements, and technical integrations—bringing together the needs of GTM, Finance, CS, and Security teams.You’ll work hands-on with tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and no/low-code platforms (Zapier, Workato, Tray.io) to drive efficiency, security, and business alignment.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain integrations between core enterprise systemsAutomate workflows using low/no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)Manage and maintain SaaS tools (Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, JumpCloud and other internal key business systems)Ensure compliance with security standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR)Monitor performance and drive system improvementsCollaborate with system and data architects on scalable solutionsExplore and implement AI tools to enhance IT automation and supportWhat You BringBSc in Computer Science or related field5+ years experience in automation development of internal business systemsStrong scripting skills (Python, Bash, JS, or PowerShell)Experience with RESTful APIs, CI tools (GitHub Actions/Jenkins or others), and testing frameworksFamiliarity with container tech (e.g., Docker); Kubernetes is a plusSelf-driven, detail-oriented, and team playerProven ability to write clean, Documented & maintainable codeBonus Points ForExperience with data pipelines or analytics toolsFamiliarity with ITIL or enterprise governanceExposure to AI-driven IT automationThis is a high-impact role for someone passionate about automation, integration, and building modern IT infrastructure.
