You will leverage Amazon's heterogeneous data sources and large-scale computing resources to accelerate development with multimodal Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI). You will be solving difficult non-deterministic workflows, work with highly scaled systems, and build technological frameworks/systems that keeps raising the bar on quality.Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. TPM, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end. In this, you will collaborate closely with a team of scientists and engineers to influence our overall strategy and define the team's road map. A successful candidate will have a background in engineering large scale software systems, a strong technical ability, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected
- Collect business and systems requirements from internal and/or external customers- Have high judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to influence
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to generate and communicate meaningful metrics
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Agile, SCRUM or similar program management methodologies

- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience with Automatic Speech Recognition, Natural Language Understanding / Processing or other machine learning technologies
