As a Cybersecurity Awareness Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to cultivate a security-conscious culture. You will play a key role in the development and execution of our security awareness program, focusing on reducing human risk through targeted education and engagement initiatives. This role requires a proactive, creative, and communicative individual who can manage multiple projects and effectively convey security concepts to a diverse audience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Phishing and Smishing Testing: Design, implement, and manage phishing and smishing testing campaigns to assess and improve employee awareness and response to these threats.
Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative security awareness content, including articles, newsletters, training materials, and multimedia resources, tailored to various employee groups.
Event Management: Plan and execute awareness events such as webinars, workshops, and interactive training sessions to promote security best practices and reinforce key messages.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine the overall strategy for our security awareness program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Communication: Serve as a strong communicator, both written and verbal, to effectively convey security concepts and the importance of security awareness to employees at all levels of the organization.
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of awareness initiatives through metrics and feedback, providing regular reports to senior management and recommending improvements.
Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security.
Requires 8-10 years of related experience.
Demonstrable experience in managing security awareness or human risk reduction programs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of awareness programs and identify areas for improvement.

Our PrincipalCybersecurity Awareness/Human Risk Reductionearns between $158,200.00-$237,400.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
