About the Role:

Provide support in Manufacturing Process. Provide support to production shifts and solve issues related to manufacturing process. Execute tasks based on Problem Solving methodology.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Create and execute equipment and process validations.
• Provide support to develop/improve manufacturing processes using engineering tools.
• Have a participating role in problem solving processes, whether due to the increasing number of complaints, scrap, defects, or low productivity, among others.
• Support projects for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, or for utilization of space.
• Provide support to the production process related to calibrations, scrap increase, and Quality System actions.
• Engaging in waste reduction initiatives in all divisions of the company.
• Create or update productive procedures and technical documentation related to these processes (equipment, tools, fixtures, spare parts drawings, among others).
• Support engineering activities related to product/process transfer between BSCI facilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachellor degree in Engineering or University studies in Industrial, Chemical, Materials engineering or related field (100%).
• English Level: B2: (75% - 80%).

• Desired knowledge: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent .
• 2 years or more of experience in similar position.
