What you’ll do:
To offer the best possible experience to our users you will oversee multiple missions:
- Collaborate with Product Managers to gather requirements, conduct market research, and analyze user needs to define product enhancements and new feature ideas.
- Assist in the creation of detailed product specifications, including wireframes, user stories, and process flows, to communicate product requirements to development teams.
- Support the product development lifecycle, including feature prioritization, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist in the preparation of product documentation, training materials, and product launch plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Customer Success and Support, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
What you bring :
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- You have a proven interest in technical topics.
- Autonomous, rigorous, you have good analytical and synthetical skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose creative solutions.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English (at least B2 level) and French (at least C level) - fluency in both languages required
