To be successful inthis role, you shouldthe following skills and experience:
Relevant qualifications and experience:
Hold a relevant technical qualification from a recognized institution.
Have at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Problem-solving and analytical skills:
Possess excellent technical writing skills and effective problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with root cause analysis tools such as 5 Why's, fishbone analysis, and A3.
Knowledge in data analytics and computer systems:
Understand basic statistics and data analytics, including Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Familiarity with the use of statistical packages.
in working with integrated manufacturing systems and computer systems.
Personal traits and abilities:
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and task prioritization skills with attention to detail.
