- Evaluate logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in all aspects of Distribution Center warehouse operations.- Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes using a standardised and repeatable model to identify areas for improvement.- Develop and implement process improvement plans, utilizing Lean tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC).- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes and identify further opportunities for enhancement.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management to continuously enhance operational practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, Lean methodologies, and Kaizen events.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt) are a plus.
