Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. Operates with some autonomy but are typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures. The role is subject to regular review of sales results. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. May be responsible for medium-sized sales territories.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the local/regional sourcing process for Imaging - South Asia

  • Work closely with the modality team to understand the product need and specifications as defined by the customer

  • To liaison with the Global Modality Teams to figure product availability and regional sourcing needs

  • To connect with Sourcing Team for getting the product price and other relevant details as per the specification

  • To liaison with Regional Teams like Supplier Quality/ Sourcing/ Engineering/Service/OTR (Order To Revenue) for product qualification and supplier maintenance.

  • Finalize the product requirement with the modality team as per the final PO

  • Build a regular Operations mechanism with all stakeholders (regional & global)

  • Build efficient and timely mechanism for product sourcing on an ongoing basis for high need/impact NL items

  • Lead configuration management for all Imaging Modalities – South Asia

  • Collaborate & communicate between global & region modality on upcoming PCM (Product Configuration Management) changes

  • Phase in of new products (NPIs)/Items and phase out of existing products EOL (End of Life)/Items

  • PCM Changes - replace / exchange for product improvement, change in supplier, EOL for Cat No’s etc

  • To connect with RA (Regulatory Affairs) team for CDSCO registration approvals and HSN set up in Apttus

  • Maintain region specific product rules & nested bundles – LSTI (third party catalogue) bundles /NI Items

  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/ college

  • Experience working with SFDC (Salesforce), Apttus and CPQ

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience, working with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment

  • Sourcing experience with vendors

  • Having understanding of commercial and sales processes
