About the role:
As a Senior Associate, you will execute a broad range of high visibility strategic projects, analyses, and recommendations that directly support the Cardiology executive leadership teams. You will lead exploration and characterization of new growth opportunities, portfolio optimization strategies, and internal consulting projects that shape the future of Cardiology. You will work in a highly autonomous environment across ambiguous markets and projects while establishing relationships with internal/external business partners to develop compelling recommendations and drive initiatives to completion.

In Cardiology, we design, develop, and produce technologies for diagnosing and treating a vast array of heart-related conditions.
Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
