Cycle counts

• Perform daily cycle counts to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations between Apriso and Oracle systems, ensuring all variances are properly analyzed and corrected.
• Ensure that all inventory data entered into the system is accurate and properly validated to reflect real-time stock levels.
• Interpret and analyze inventory transactions to detect errors, trends, and potential issues affecting stock accuracy
• Utilize BI applications to generate and interpret reconciliation reports, identifying root causes of discrepancies
• Perform and document necessary inventory adjustments while ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse teams and other departments to improve inventory control procedures and minimize discrepancies.
• Support physical inventory audits by preparing reports, analyzing results, and making recommendations for process improvements
• Report any issues related to stock variances, system mismatches, or procedural gaps.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Experience with Apriso, Oracle, and BI applications for inventory control and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and cycle counting procedures
• Ability to interpret inventory reports, reconciliation data, and transaction logs to maintain system accuracy
• Experience performing inventory adjustments, audits, and transaction corrections .
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory operations .

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

•Education: High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree in supply chain, inventory, Logistics, or a related field is a plus).

•Experience:1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or cycle counting.

•Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with warehouse teams.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and coordinating inventory issues
