Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in Python
- Experience in Machine Learning/AI Infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., Prompt Engineering, applications for ML, evaluations, post-training).
- Experience designing and implementing autonomous, multi-step AI agents that use LLMs to reason, plan, and execute tasks.
