Key job responsibilities
- Identifying, developing, and delivering technical solutions that improve the availability of our wireless network technologies.
- Evaluating new technologies, lab testing, proof of concept (PoC), run books definition, and pilot deployment.
- Innovate and automate infrastructure testing, deployment, operations, and life cycle management- Be a part of Global organization that provides 24x7 escalation service on shift rotation basis. Some night and weekend coverage may be required.- Develop automation to resolve wireless network failures- Create and update the wireless network design to improve reliability
- Mitigate and Solve Network Availability Risks- Participate in an on call rotation

- 1+ years of automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell and/or Perl experience
- 5+ years practical relevant experience -Wifi or other managed RF networks operations and engineering
- Deep understanding of IP network fundamentals and packet capture analysis -Analytical skills

- 4+ years of automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell and/or Perl experience
- Experience designing high-density AP and client deployments -Expert knowledge of IP networking technologies and concepts, including routing and switching
- Expert in managing large scale wireless deployments with high availability requirements
